• Services include astrology consultations via chat, voice call, video call, reports, remedies, horoscope services, and related offerings.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or
• Use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally eligible to use the services.

3. Nature of Services

Astromile provides an online platform connecting users with astrologers and spiritual advisors. Services may include:

• Astrology consultations (Chat / Voice / Video)
• Horoscope and birth chart analysis
• Numerology, tarot, and spiritual guidance
• Remedies, rituals, and spiritual recommendations
• Astrology-related information

Astromile does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any prediction or advice provided by astrologers.

4. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Astrology services offered on the Platform are based on belief systems, interpretation, and spiritual traditions. The services are intended for guidance and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

Users should not rely on astrology services for:

• Medical decisions
• Legal matters
• Financial investments
• Psychological or mental health treatment

For such matters, please consult qualified professionals.

5. User Account

To access certain services, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to:

• Notify Astromile immediately of unauthorized use of the account

6. Payments and Pricing

• Payments may be made through UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, or other payment methods available on the Platform.

• Payment once completed may not be reversible except as provided under the Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under limited circumstances such as:

• Service not delivered due to platform error

Refunds will not be provided for completed consultations, dissatisfaction with predictions, or user misunderstanding.

Refund requests must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the transaction.

8. User Conduct

• Attempt to get personal phone numbers of astrologers or service providers
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Upload harmful software or malicious content

9. Astrologer Responsibility

Astrologers providing services through the Platform agree that:

• They possess relevant knowledge or expertise in astrology or related fields
• They will provide services ethically and respectfully
• They will not exploit users or misrepresent outcomes

Astromile acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the accuracy of astrologers' statements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Software
• Designs
• Reports

are the intellectual property of Astromile or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astromile shall not be liable for:

• Decisions taken by users based on astrology consultations
• Any direct or indirect financial loss
• Emotional or personal outcomes resulting from advice
• Technical interruptions or service outages

Users agree to use the Platform at their own discretion and risk.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics services, or communication providers. Astromile is not responsible for the policies or actions of such third parties.

13. Suspension or Termination

Astromile reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user:

• Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Termination may occur without prior notice.

14. Changes to Terms

Astromile may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
