The Astromile Community Guidelines are designed to create a respectful, safe, and positive environment for users and astrologers interacting on the platform.

By using Astromile.com, users agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Respectful Communication

All users must communicate respectfully during consultations. The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

  • Abusive or offensive language
  • Harassment or threats
  • Discrimination based on religion, gender, caste, nationality, or personal beliefs
  • Sexual or explicit content
  • Intimidation or bullying

Astromile maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abuse.

2. Honest Use of Services

Users must not:

  • Provide false information to astrologers
  • Attempt to manipulate consultations
  • Misuse the platform for illegal or unethical activities

3. No Sharing of Personal Contact Information

Users and astrologers should not exchange personal contact details, including:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Social media accounts
  • Payment details outside the platform

All consultations must remain within the Astromile platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Promote illegal activities
  • Request services that violate laws
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

5. Enforcement

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

  • Warning notices
  • Suspension of account
  • Permanent removal from the platform

Astromile reserves the right to take action to maintain a safe community.
