Welcome to Astromile.com ("Astromile", "Platform", "We", "Our", or "Us"). This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and adjustments may be processed for services purchased on the Platform.

By using the services of Astromile, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Nature of Services

Astromile provides digital services including astrology consultations through:

  • Chat consultations
  • Voice call consultations
  • Video consultations
  • Puja and Ritual Services
  • Spiritual guidance services

Since these services are intangible and delivered digitally, refunds are generally limited and subject to specific conditions outlined below.

2. Consultation Cancellation

2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

Users may cancel online consultation upto 2 hours before the session begins.

Users may cancel puja services upto 24 hours before the puja date.

If consultation is cancelled:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method where applicable.

If the consultation has already started, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Astrologer Unavailability

If an astrologer becomes unavailable due to technical issues or other circumstances:

  • The session may be rescheduled, or
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method where applicable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

3.1 Technical Issues

If a consultation fails due to platform-related technical problems such as:

  • Call disconnection caused by server issues
  • Chat session failure
  • Payment deducted but session not initiated

In such cases, users may receive:

  • A refund, or
  • Session reschedule option

3.2 Payment Deducted but Service Not Delivered

If payment is successfully deducted but the consultation does not start due to system errors, the deducted amount will be:

  • Refunded to the original payment method, or
  • Session reschedule option can be provided

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with astrology predictions or advice
  • Differences in interpretation or expectations from the consultation
  • User misunderstanding of astrology outcomes
  • Sessions completed successfully
  • User ending the consultation voluntarily
  • Network issues on the user's side

Astrology is based on interpretations and belief systems, and therefore outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Refund Request Process

If a user believes they are eligible for a refund, they must submit a request within 48 hours of the transaction.

Users may contact customer support with:

  • Registered mobile number or email
  • Transaction ID
  • Description of the issue

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

7. Abuse of Refund Policy

If Astromile determines that a user is abusing the refund policy by making repeated or fraudulent claims, the Platform reserves the right to:

  • Deny refund requests
  • Suspend or terminate the user account
  • Restrict further access to services

8. Changes to This Policy

Astromile reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
